IWF Atlanta 2026: Great Design, Strong Partnerships and the Evolution of the Perfect Match
IWF Atlanta 2026 brought the woodworking and surface industries together for another impressive show filled with new products, evolving design trends and opportunities to connect.
Held every two years in Atlanta, the International Woodworking Fair (IWF) is North America’s largest woodworking technology and design trade show and conference. The event brings together manufacturers, suppliers, designers and industry professionals to explore the latest in machinery, materials, surfaces, cabinetry, furniture manufacturing, technology and more.
For Teknaform™, the show was particularly meaningful. Featured within the Charter Industries booth, we had the opportunity to meet with hundreds of visitors, reconnect with long-standing partners and customers, and introduce Teknaform to plenty of new faces.
But IWF also gave us an opportunity to see where surface design is heading and why continually evolving the perfect match has never been more important.

The Charter Industries booth brought the Designed. Perfectly Matched. Delivered. positioning to life, demonstrating how great surface design, precision-matched edgebanding and reliable distribution work together to create a complete solution.
A key Teknaform™ feature within the booth was a series of displays showing the evolution of specific edgebanding matches over time.
It reinforced an important part of what we do at Teknaform: a perfect match isn’t necessarily something you create once and consider finished.
Laminate and panel designs evolve. Manufacturing processes change. Woodgrains become more realistic, textures become more refined and finishes take on new levels of depth, gloss and tactility.
Teknaform works alongside laminate and panel manufacturers to continually evaluate our matches and evolve them when necessary. The displays demonstrated how a single design can progress through multiple generations of edgebanding, helping customers achieve the right match for the generation of laminate or panel they are working with.
Throughout the show, representatives from Teknaform and Charter were on hand to answer questions, discuss applications and connect with visitors. Thank you to everyone who stopped by. It was great to see so many familiar faces and begin conversations with new ones.
